Return Policy

Coffee Pods will accept returns in accordance with UK Consumer Protection Laws. Returns are accepted within 14 days however the item must be unused and the packaging in new condition.

If a pod doesn't work in your machine, please contact us and we will look in to this and offer a refund or new pods if deemed necessary.

Coffee Pods will only accept returns of unused and unopened goods in their original condition and packaging.

Return address:- Coffee Pods Online Limited, Unit E Lancaster Road, Carnaby Industrial Estate, Bridlington, YO15 3QY. Any shipping costs incurred when returning your unwanted items, will be met by you the customer and not coffeepods.co unless previously agreed with coffeepods.co in writing. 

You must verify your order of goods upon delivery and notify Coffee Pods within 3 days of receipt of any incorrect order.
